.Thank you for approving my account so that I could post a message here. I am greatful. This is the email I have started forwarding around the net:

All my friends who are members of the David Icke forum: As you can tell from my status update, Sean has been caught and admitted after the evidence was presented, that he has read the private message exchanges of moderators on the forum, which is illegal, and a massive violation of privacy.

All the mods who stood up to him on this are being kicked, and a couple have resigned, and more are leaving and considering it. In order to reduce the notice to members of the forum they have started blocking the ability of former mods to post but leaving title “Senior User” to make it appear as though we are simply not posting.

Your private messages are not safe nor have they ever been, however it is a violation of the forum guidelines for me to openly say this on the forum. Instead I have had to create a thread explaining some things without being critical of moderation, or even slightly bending any forum guideline… please read it while they allow it to remain up:

It was a pleasure to have been a mod on the forum for all of you for over a year, and I worked very hard to make it a fair place with positive energy where people had freedom to speak. I wasn’t perfect, but I truly tried to do a good job for all of you while I was there.

It is my and a few of the former mod’s hopes that David and DI Books will take notice of what is going on and step in and do something to salvage the forum.

Limelady, Logic_Bomb, Pinkfrued, Shodan, Gilly, Strt, and myself (Darketernal) all stood up to Sean on this matter with others perhaps soon to follow. I thought all of you should know who stood their ground for your right to privacy, and that the members of the forum should know the truth.

Strange things are going on over there. I got a load of points recenty and was put on warning but this got reversed within a 24 hours without explanation

Hey Strider. No doubt Daisy (a.k.a. Sean) is in hyper-deleting-mode at the moment in an attempt to cover up the BS that is the DI f and what goes on behind the scenes.

The only new thing about all of this that we all hadn't previously exposed ourselves, is that the DI f mod's have to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. Now that says a lot in and of itself.

Well a couple of people have been banned tonight and I've seen a few topics get deleted.

We knew their bull-shit ages ago, and although this does irk me a bit, I'm not in the least bit surprised. If Icke does absolutely nothing about this then it will be the final nail insomuch that the evidence is irrefutable in showing that Icke has absolutely no care for his 'customers' and is also willing to let the forum be run in such a fascist way. They have apparently also updated the rules for posting again tonight and it is one of the prerequisites that they have control over your PM's..

The Administrators of this site reserve the right to access private messages ("PM´s") for reasons including, but not limited to:

* Breaking the posting guidelines via PM
* Spamming messages to another user
* Threatening another member or moderator
* Suspected illegal behaviour
* The administration team suspecting any breach of guidelines have occurred

I can't say for sure if they have been updated as I didn't see them this afternoon..

And the NDA. Does that mean to say that Darketernal could be sued if he spoke about what goes on behind the scenes?

Yeah, nothing new to us really, but it is enjoyable to see it being further exposed to a wider audience.

Those are definitely updated posting rules. I would have recognised them prior to this as they are most assuredly fascist guidelines and part of the 'Big Brother' manifesto.

Well, he could be sued, although I doubt that it would be an easy win, even if he has signed the NDA. Considering that PM's are supposed to be private and not subject to scrutiny, then it would more than likely make the NDA invalid in this circumstance. Plus I doubt whether Daisy and Co would spend the money to go after someone, and they definitely would not like the publicity that doing so would attract.

From my perspective, anyone that is scared to post something because of an NDA is being duped into restricting/censoring themselves, and hence they are doing the work of those that have enforced the NDA.

I think it is very sad if people who consider themselves to stand against tyranny and control would say things such as "I have nothing to hide."

I cannot believe David would condone the changes in the PM rules. I won't believe that he approved such a thing until I know for a fact he knews about it and has allowed Daisy to pass it. I cannot believe anyone would stand for a rule allowing private messages to be read. Daisy and the other admin, well the few left of them now, actually read this forum to see what you guys are saying, which is why I know about it. So I have a message for him:

Sean had you done this without deceit and admitted your wrong doing when caught, apologized and tried to make things right you would have had a different reaction from the mods. By stating that you would run David’s forum any way you see fit and it was not open to debate (In this case by committing a crime and violating every principle we claimed to uphold as moderators on this forum) and by kicking people off the mod team who worked their asses off trying to make the forum a better place, where people could discuss the issues peacefully, you killed any support you might have had. You did this to yourself.

I feel let down by you. All the mods who worked free of charge, as volunteers to try to make the forum a better place feel like you shit all over us the principles we said we were upholding by first violating people’s right to privacy, and then by attacking us for standing up for the ideals of freedom and human rights. You took a big shit on us, and let us down. The few mods who continue to support you after this have let us all down too. Any admin or mod who continues to mod under Sean’s leadership after he has done this, and after changing the rules on the forum to allow admin the right to read private messages (which still makes it questionably legal), you are traitors to the ideals you promised to protect, traitors to every idea that David wrote in his books on freedom, and traitors to humanity, just like Sean and Krakhead. You are worse than the bloodlines and the brotherhood… we were raised to be that way by birth. You sold your ideals and your own kind out of your own free will. The sheep policing the other sheep…

Sean you are a criminal who has violated wiretapping laws, spied on members of your own team illegally and immorally, and your cronies Krakhead and I_am supported you while you did it. I_am that pains me the most. I always thought you were a good person, and I respected your ethics. I knew Krakhead and Sean were the way they were, but I didn’t know you were like them. In the end the truth will out…

In any event my, and a lot of other mod’s, biggest concern was the increasing focus on criticism of moderation and rooting out previously banned members of the forum, while racism and anti-semitism became more and more of a problem. 5 of the ex-mods and I met in a conference last night and all agreed excessive “Jew bashing” material was being allowed on the forum, and Sean seems more than content to allow anything to be said about Jews if the word “Zionist” is used in place of Jew, or if the Talmud is mentioned in the thread as the main focus of criticism.

A lot of my Jewish friends refuse to post on the forum and several previously very active forum members who were raised Jewish felt that the forum was becoming a hate forum and left it over time. I personally find racism repugnant. I feel that from my dealings with them and their definitions of what is and isn’t racism that both Sean and Krakhead harbor at least some personal dislike of Jews.

I and several other mods met in private and felt that allowing so much anti-semtic material and holocaust denial on the forum in the name of “free speech” was making us feel like we were moderating a hate site, not a site based around love. I even stopped actively moderating for a few months because of the bad taste this left in my mouth, and I personally got into with Sean over the issue a few times.

Yeah the pm reg's are brand spanking new..a classic sean kneejerk reaction to his massive Fuckup, hidden behind new rules that you didn't sign up for.

I pm-ed a few fm's got muself 10 points but y'know, apart from strider no one else gives a fuck...it's a social function for most fm's, they have their own agenda for being there and it has nothing to do with exposing nwo-esqe microcosms or having the integrity to stand up against this shit sean has pulled. Am quite suprised Limelady has walked, if true then some have redeemed themselves since 2007

We caught Sean out reading PMs & challenged him on it. Some mods/admin sacked - some resigned. He's nobbled us so that we look like we've live accounts, but we can't post/acces pm's or anything. The complete $£"&**(.

Notice as of last night, FAQ has changed to include 'admin's right to read PMs' - does this seem like it's against the ethics of everything we stand for???

why be sorry? This has been building for some time.
Sean has a habit of fucking up then covering his arse by modifying the rules to suit him personally.
He has (with Icke's blessing) created a mircosom of the very thing Icke 'exposes' in his books, talks, dvd's etc...and he doesn't say no to you paying for it either.
Do you think censorship is ok on a forum that is meant to exalt freedom and more specifically freedom of speech above all else?
Or do you think that censorship with Icke's A-OK to sean demonstrates hypocracy, unveiling another side to Icke..that being the guy doesn't walk his fucking talk for instance?

It's absolutely nothing new to most if not all of us here. It was due to a couple of the members here, who were DI forum members once, questioning sean over his antics that led to the rule being enforced that prohibits any discussion of moderation. The rules were updated and changed without anyone knowing and bans resulted.

In a couple of other totally non related forums I visit, I had to re-agree to the terms of the board as the rules were updated. It's common courtesy and I was given the choice as to whether I wanted to carry on visiting them after the rules change.

When you originally signed up (If it was before last night) the PM rule was not in place. It's pure fascism.

I was wondering how sean was going to wriggle his way out of this one, but remembering how slimy he is, then I doubt he'll have much trouble.

Well, as for Sean it seems he has gone too far. I never really knew him well but David has to find a new admin. I know Dr. Hemp, and last time I checked he was a mod as well. I think he might be busy in real life, or something, so I hope he is still a mod. Any ways, he knows Ian Crane who might be able to persuade David Icke to get a new admin for the forum.

Or maybe anyone else got some kind of direct contact with David Icke?
